MG Spices is an SQF Certified organization, with an “Excellent” rating, which means our processes meet the most rigorous and comprehensive food safety and quality standards in the world. The SQF Food Safety Code is a globally recognized, independent food safety standard administered by the Safe Quality Food Institute. SQF Certification requires manufacturers to develop and implement a stringent food safety system that applies to every step of their supply chain, ensuring that products are produced, handled, processed, and distributed in accordance with standards among the strictest in the industry. Out food safety systems are certified by Eagle Certification Group as GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) compliant.
Our Spices are treated with validated systems to eliminate pathogens and reduce microbial loads prior to export from the origins.
For better quality control we use Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) Laboratory, which is the leader in food safety and tasting to conduct all necessary specialized testing in the United States to ensure our customers receive consistently, high quality and aromatic spices. http://www.fsns.com
